MEET THE EYE PRO STAFF
Brenda Fishbaugh - President
Brenda (Pease) Fishbaugh was born in Hartford, CT, and is a long-time resident of northeastern Indiana. Always driven by a challenge and competitive by nature, at age 15 she was one of the youngest glider pilots in the United States, and by 17 she had her private airplane license. At age 18, Brenda earned her commercial glider pilot's license. Such early successes have helped her fly high in her career, with no end in sight! Brenda obtained her BS in business from Indiana University in 1979 and a masters degree in theology from Peace Theological Seminary in 1995.
She joined Eye Pro in 1991. A venture capitalist friend thought her driven personality would be a perfect fit to bring a unique new product to a young indoor tanning market. Within months, with Brenda at the helm, Eye Pro was taking Wink-Ease® beyond the US to a growing international market, where the product's growth exploded! In 1998 Brenda introduced her own eyewear design called VIEWkeepers®. Based on the Wink-Ease® concept but made especially for tanners with larger eyes and long lashes, VIEWkeepers® has become widely accepted as the eyewear of choice for stand-up tanning.
Brenda brought her love of exotic animals into Eye Pro's marketing plans after she became close to many of the animals at a local sanctuary, where she and her husband, Steve, volunteered. Since that time, Eye Pro has joined in and now helps support a number of exotic animal rescue and conservation programs each year. It's a cause near and dear to Brenda, and one to which many in the indoor tanning industry have also responded positively. In 2004, Eye Pro launched two new products — Fresh-Ease™ Refreshing Body Cloths for After Tanning and UV Blockers Maintenance Glasses. Fresh-Ease are designed especially for indoor tanners to provide a clean, easy way to freshen up after tanning and eliminate the after-tan odor. UV Blockers by Eye Pro are ultra-light maintenance glasses which protect eyes from UV exposure while changing lamps and maintaining indoor tanning equipment. In 2007, the entire line received a new "spa" look and a renovated website. In 2008, Eye Pro will be introducing even more training by computer to help salons efficiently train their staff, wherever they may be in the world.
In 2004, Fishbaugh was was thrilled when Eye Pro won the Industry Choice Award for Achievement in Product Marketing and Favorite Salon Accessory. In 2005, Eye Pro again was awarded the Industry Choice Award for Favorite Salon Accessory and also won for Favorite Eye Protection. For 2006, Eye Pro was excited to announce a packaging change to Viewkeepers®, allowing this premier eyewear to be the same price as the original Wink-Ease®. Like everything in life, for Brenda, a new product launch is just another life adventure. In 2007, two more awards joined the trophy case as well as all new packaging and a fresh new training program. That continuous adventure is what she lives for.

Cristi Spilker - International Customer Service
Cristi Spilker was raised in Wabash, Indiana and is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing and a minor in psychology. Cristi joined Eye Pro part-time while in college as an Intern in 1997. Once she earned her degree, Cristi left Eye Pro to pursue a full time job as a Marketing Manager for a local cable company. After 2 years at the cable company, Cristi decided to make a career change to stay at home and raise her new son, Tristin and make a home for her family. However fulfilling working at home was, Cristi began looking for a part-time position allowing her to communicate with adults, to get a break from baby talk just one or two days a week. Returning to the Eye Pro Team in 2002 was just the answer. Cristi now handles our Eye Pro’s International Customers and is a backup to Jackie DeWald, our Office Manager. Eye Pro has offered a perfect fit for Cristi to continue to use her marketing and business background on a part time basis. While not working at Eye Pro, Cristi enjoys time spent with her two children, Tristin 5 years old, and Sydney 3 years old and her husband Steve.
